Best (and only ) healthy cuisine in Telluride. I love the açaí bowls and the best (no kidding!) breakfast burritos in town. The staff is very friendly, works hard for you, and the room has a very warm-feeling with it's historic stone walled interior. On warm days (winter and summer), the terrace is almost-private with winning views of the canyon all to yourself.

We had an outstanding lunch today at the Liz. Great new place with a lot of healthy options. You can build a bowl to your liking, see photo. the avocado, toast was probably some of the best i've ever had. I recommend this place, especially if you're trying to eat healthy.
